STAFF PD DECEMBER 2

We are excited to share that, with the support of the NSES Parent Council and the NLPS Board of Trustees, our school has been approved to hold a full-day professional development event on Monday, December 2. On this day, there will be no school for students, as all staff members will be participating in a focused learning session.

The theme for our professional development is literacy instruction, with an emphasis on strategies to help students build the foundational skills necessary for proficient reading. This training is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing student learning and achievement.

We are confident that this professional development opportunity will have a positive and lasting impact on our students’ literacy skills, and we look forward to implementing these new strategies in our classrooms.
