Mindful March

Hey Parents and Guardians, 

This month, we are learning about Mindfulness. Mindfulness means paying attention to what's happening right now and being aware of our thoughts, actions and feelings. When we practice mindfulness, it can help us feel less worried, think more clearly, and feel better each day!
